With more than 10 years of experience in real estate sales and real estate development, I am qualified and eager to share my professional insight to promote positive change.
Why Me?
Over the past 5 years, I have been selling lower Manhattan closing $50mm in sales. This experience has left me with an intimate understanding of how buildings are run. I have intel on how buildings can raise money, cut costs and add value and am ready to adopt tactics that I see working in other buildings nearby from design to policies. Prior to being a sales agent, I managed the renovation of a Marriott Hotel in Gowanus and two Williamsburg new developments. This included working hand in hand with designers and contractors from negotiation to final product. Working in the industry for so long has led me to build relationships with contractors, expeditors, designers and engineers. Speed and efficiency come naturally to me.

Replace floor in the lobby, update furniture and lighting for a modern chic look
Our carpets date back to 1992, renovating this is a non negotiable. A carpet steamer also needs to be purchased for maintenance.
Install a Video Intercom to keep our community safe.
Hire a full time super which we pay for.- Jason, who has been a wonderful addition to our building thus far.
Work with board members to push along HVAC project and help manage the project. This will save us thousands on energy costs in the long run.
